The Valentine’s Day flowers that I ordered left me very disappointed. I asked the florist if they can make a heart shaped bouquet. I gave them them the idea and they said they can do it. When I received the flowers half of the flowers were dying and the bouquet did not look like a heart like I wanted. I asked for a refund since I could not use the flowers at all but have not received a reply in days and it cost a lot of money. The first photo is what I wanted and the second is what I received.

Creative helped me out today big time! A different vendor dropped the ball on what I had ordered as far as color and basically everything to match a bridal shower theme. Creative stepped up and made me a beautiful Bouquet of flowers and delivered it today. I’m so very thankful for their customer service and help. I know where I’m going for any floral needs moving forward!
