Abosolutely Picture Perfect
I’m not the sort that usually leaves Reviews, but I must say that the “above and beyond” that CFD offered me in order to make good on something (that was not even their fault!) I felt warranted my time to do so. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife on Valentines through one of those third-party (You know the ones!) Flower Companies. Received this bouquet this morning which immediately shed everywhere because most of the flowers are dead. My elderly parents ordered these through an online site who rerouted them to Creative Floral. Despite them paying $71 through the site, Creative Floral told me "We only get paid $50 and need to subtract a $15 delivery fee." Fine. THIS is $35 worth of flowers? It's probably about $3 worth of wholesale flowers and the flowers are wilted and dying. Absolutely shameful. Do not recommend.
My grandmother was a long time customer. When she passed, I decided to honor her by using her favorite florist for her funeral service. Donna was very kind, prompt, and delivered on her promise to make a beautiful arrangement inspired by one of my grandmothers bouquets. Will definitely use this company for all my future floral needs. Not pictured is the gorgeous standing spray that was also done.
