We are so grateful to Creative Floral. We were headed to a funeral and needed a floral arrangement and they were able to build one for us quickly. The manager was very nice and they walked us through any substitutions needed. They helped make a very difficult situation easier with their care and compassion. Thank you!

I received flowers for my birthday and by mistake a card saying happy mother's day... I cannot have kids... Instead of having a nice day, creative floral designs ruined it.

UPDATE 5/15/25- Donna, the owner of Creative Floral Designs reached out to me and offered to provide a suitable replacement consistent with what I expected my sister to receive. I want to add that she was apologetic and sincere in her efforts to provide a better customer experience. I am a little late with this review but I wanted to make sure you are aware that this company does not stand to their promise. My husband ordered flowers for Valentines day and what he ordered he did not get. He called and spoke to a gentleman at customer service and was told that there were many complaints of customers not getting what they ordered and that he would do a refund because he could not do another order because he could not guarantee that they would send the correct item.
