We had such an amazing experience with this flooring company! They truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We worked directly with Brian, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process so easy for us. We settled on our new home Friday morning, and by Friday evening, our hardwood floors were already completed. Amazing experience with our rep, Rob. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with our large first floor project. And Rob’s crew couldn’t have been better. They were speedy and courteous and did an outstanding job with the install. For this kind of customer experience, I would have expected to pay double!
Creative Floors was recommended to us. Our floors were over 40 years old, and badly needed to be redone. They ripped up the old floor in several rooms and replaced with pre-finished red oak. Our new floors are beautiful. The workers did all that work in 2 days. They worked and worked, never stopping for a second. Lovely guys indeed. All that work done for a very reasonable price. We are very pleased. We plan to have them work upstairs replacing the old hardwood floors.
