Even though most of our work is new construction/commercial we love meeting and helping out our residential customers just as much. We take pride in our work, service and friendly prices. Terrible driver
Purchase Floors from this company about 2 1/2 years having a problem I’ve called the company at least 3 times trying to get a service appointment willing to pay for the service appointment. No one has the common courtesy to even call me back to tell me they are able to help. Customer service is horrible. How can you call a company and calls goes to a voicemail no one ever picks up worst customer service ever so if you want to pay good money and have horrible service this is the company you want to use.
Quality of workmanship is poor. Multiple large buckles in the rugs a couple of years after installation, so bad that you could trip over them. They also carpeted over top of an air duct heat/cool floor vent. Have left so many voicemails over the past year and no one even calls back. Can not recommend their services.
