I’m a little late posting this review, but I couldn’t let the experience go unshared! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. I called, and they quickly scheduled a visit to measure and help me choose exactly what I wanted. The pricing was very reasonable—well within my budget—which honestly surprised me. I love love love my new floors. These guys were great! the quality of their work and the materials available were excellent. We were not the easiest customers and they were very fair and responsive. I would highly recommend them to friends and family! That's how much I liked the final results!
We had red oak flooring in our kitchen, foyer and 1st floor owners bedroom and carpet in the den, dining room and family room. The flooring made my home feel chopped up and didn’t flow. I wanted the look of natural white oak throughout the first floor but to save on cost of we decided to added the same red oak to our existing carpet areas. We went with Creative Floors to do our Living/dining room and hallway flooring. We originally were going to refinish existing hardwood, but ran into an issue where part of the flooring was no longer hardwood. Johnny was quick to come up with options and get our floors completed within the same estimated 2 day timeframe. From start to finish the professionalism and care for our needs was apparent. 100% recommend going with Creative for all of your flooring needs.
I had my basement floor redone (bedroom, office, bathroom, and family room), and I could not be happier with the results. The crew who came to do the work was amazing. Fast, clean, and just top tier all the way! I am done for now, but this company will also do my next floor project.
