We had substantial water damage due to broken pipes. The Creative Flooring team is amazing. Joe went above and beyond to get it done as fast as possible so we could move back in. His work is fantastic. Having someone working in your house that you don’t know is always a little intimidating but Joe was fast friends. He is polite, respectful, and very kind. A big thank you to Joe for helping make our house feel brand new again!

I cannot let another moment go by without giving kudos to Mary and Sal on the amazing job they have done. I don’t have pics yet because house is still in disarray after having flooring replaced. We did a huge reno (for us) in 2021 and due to manufacturer defects the floors began to buckle. Creative went above and beyond to address the issue.
