The fence they installed doesn't match my neighbor's, which they joined, so I doubt it was actually Breland Brown. Also, it lasted about a year before it began warping & fading to an even worse color. They didn't even get into cracks, leaving plenty of exposed wood. Their paint sprayer left a 3' x 4' bare spot in my yard that took 2yrs to grow back. One of the best companies I have ever worked with. We needed some special features to contain our dogs and they provided excellent solutions. There was a miscommunication during the install that led to some extra work. The owner took responsibility for the mistake and corrected the issue at his expense. Not for a second did he try to put it on me. I will come to Creative Containment every time now. Highly recommended.
Very pleased with all aspects. Rick was great to work with, came right out and gave me a very reasonable price to replace my gate and connecting section in the front and replace a pa lemon the back. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me when I inquired about the remaining fence. He actually recommended that I wait and only replace the obviously damaged panels. We had our fence done, we weren’t given the option of having a frame put in the double open doors but noticed that all of our neighbors had a metal frame for support. A storm came maybe 3 months after install and the door got damaged, also the wood is detaching on all corners from each other. We called probably 4 times to have someone come out to look at it and either fix it since it’s so new or give us a quote and never once did someone come out.
