I am a person of decided taste, but I can’t get from my vision to reality. Ruth Ann was our primary designer and talked to me about what I wanted and then showed me sample fabrics. Trent (the business person) also got involved in suggesting contrast colors. We could not be more pleased with the final result! I recommend making your 1st appointment at the shop so that the designer can show you samples of the numerous fabric swatches they have.
OUTSTANDING customer experience. Ruth Ann is the best
Seemed nice enough. Really struggled to lock in an in home consultation. Was even asked to drive to the showroom during their open hours and then was told of another customer that was deemed more important who would be filling their time.
They are very helpful designing window coverings and how to save energy with them. I have worked with them for 40 years.
We love Carla and their workroom does the best customer work around
