Creative energy has quality products and stands behind them to help you with any problem. We love our Hot Tub and with the addition of a converted fireplace? No more particulates in the air? This is luxury.

John was helpful but the heater still doesn’t work
Bought a Hot Springs spa from Creative Energy 5 years ago and have had zero problems with it. Like their service which automatically sends out a new replacement silver cartridge every 4 months. Don't ever have to worry about forgetting to order and replace those cartridges!
