CE was great to work with. They were receptive to system design changes I requested with reasonable change order costs. They handled all coordination with the power company that needed to make significant service changes for the project on the install day. July 2024 In June , we experienced a Solar Edge inverter error and system shutdown, bringing to a halt our PV production, battery backup, and EV charging. Brian O'Neill from the Lander office of Creative Energies got right to work trouble shooting the problem, working closely with USA representatives at Solar Edge and solved the outage in a timely manner. The staff and installers are knowledgeable about what they're doing and how to do it. They see it more as an art than a job. Artists, most of the time, love their job.
