Very poor service
I am dealing with Kris. Very bad customer services.He doesn’t want to listen and help.
Good place to deliver. Took 3 hours to unload easy back. Have overnight park. Washroom facilities for drivers. Txx
Have used creative door in the past they have been mediocre. Go with Busy Bee, Queen City or Overhead door Co first. When the house was built Creative Door installed a Wayne Dalton garage door, the one where the spring is inside the tube, I do not recommend this product. I have been through 3 springs now in 15 years, at approx $400 a shot. I Just recently booked a service call, to which will probably be my 4th spring, and it was difficult to get through, the admin taking the phone calls forwards me to other people where I wo... read more
