They charged $250 deductible to begin with. No other company I contacted did that. Then the tech was miserable and took 5 second look, said I needed a new opener and charged me $110 for the service call. Even if I bought and had them install the new opener I still had to pay the service call. I had to also prompt them for a receipt and did not receive it for days after being charged. Such an awful company, especially when other companies are cheaper and provide better service. I suggest not going with creative door!

I arrived at the building at 4:45 PM. The parts person was extremely rude, making a big deal out of the spring, and the parts I needed were quite generic. To cut a long story short, he told me to return the next day at 9 AM. I left the materials and walked out. I returned to the location the following day, but the parts were not ready, so I had to wait. Creative Door continues to delivery top shelf customer service. Through booking and office on the front end, to install and follow ups afterwards. Over the years, we've had a couple of service appointments and most recently had a new door opener installed. Dave the install tech was professional, very efficient and made sure the job site was left clean and I had a good understanding of what was installed.
