Unfortunetly, Creative Door Services have a bit of a monopoly regarding a few door models in the NW Calgary. I paid for a door repair and they ended up not finishing the job, they took over a month to even start after payment. When looking for them to finish they are nowhere to be found. Pretty bad service over all, if you can avoid em I would suggest you do.

We have been promised several times for a return phone call for warranty work. No return calls. We have purchased 2 doors in last 5 years and the service recently is horrible. They can't even return a call.

Very bad service, they don’t answer your calls when things come to warranty. They just want you to pay for emergency service call. They didn’t installed my garage door properly and it’s stuck 2 nd time in last 30 days. And their service is awful

Great fellas, Vlad, at the house, calls to main office replied to- thanks Richard . Very happy with this company will recommend for sure. They ensure all the details were cared for. The quote was consistent with billing and all concerns addressed immediately. Ted and Marilyn

They charged $250 deductible to begin with. No other company I contacted did that. Then the tech was miserable and took 5 second look, said I needed a new opener and charged me $110 for the service call. Even if I bought and had them install the new opener I still had to pay the service call. I had to also prompt them for a receipt and did not receive it for days after being charged. Such an awful company, especially when other companies are cheaper and provide better service. I suggest not going with creative door!
