We've utilized Creative Doors for a few of our projects and we've always gotten fantastic service and a great product!

Service review. While friendly and reasonably efficient this door manufacturer service costs are far too expensive. I recently had a service to a 3 year old door (with a manufacturer product defect they sold & installed) that cost $175 for a 10 minute visit. Shop supplies charge of $30 for 2 screws. Charged minimum 1 hour for 10 minute visit. Profit is the only focus for this business.
I had an excellent experience with Creative Door - Edmonton. The Service Department was very professional and did their best to schedule my garage door repair as quickly as possible. I really appreciated their responsiveness and customer service. Technician Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my garage door, and he also took the time to explain how to perform routine maintenance to help keep it working properly in the future.
