I had 3 doors installed by Creative Door. On one they broke the cover for a one of the lights while installing it. On another they forgot to install one of the two cables that takes the weight off of the opener. In both circumstances repeated calls for service and warranty were ignored or dropped. They have not helped with either problem, I will update this review if I hear from them. I guess the commitment to good service and warranty ends at the advertising stage 🤷♂️
Great customer service. We had an awesome technician who fixed our door issues. I would recommend this company.
Required a replacement remote for our garage door. Called and read off all the details from the opener and was told they had a remote. I asked them to show up with the remote and perform a door lubrication and maintenance. Service arrived and the remote was wrong. He did not perform the service and told me I would be charged for the call out. Make appointment, take time off work they don't show up. Reschedule for the next day, take time off work, they don't show up again. Absolutely useless. Don't waste your time.
