We purchased a spec home in April 2022 built by CDI in the Lochmeade subdivision in Atoka. We found the house towards the completion of building, but wouldn’t have changed anything about the design. The finishes for the home were tasteful and the design fit our style perfectly. We were able to upgrade to have all wood floors on the main floor and the builder was happy to accommodate our request.
