Dishonest, they overcharge my wife for things outside of insurance coverage and don't care to explain the details of their billing, I ended up paying more than $500 above my patient's responsibility per my insurance Explanation of Benefits. Since they're in-network I should not be charged above my patient's responsibilities and they have failed to provide explanation of these "extra" charges. Dr Reddy is beyond amazing and so caring. Once you are her patient, she takes care as her own family. Miss Jill at the registration is friendly and always ready to help as needed especially getting quicker appointments.
Being a new patient I didn't know what to expect. From walking in the door I was greeted warmly and was treated respectively by everyone. I highly recommend this office
