Dr Brillion has great technical dentistry skills. But likes to tell you what priorities are. Gives not a care as to what you have concerns with and want done. Complete ignorance and lack of patient respect. Reception staff are Complete money mongers. And think that they can just charge your coverage up to the point of no return. I always have a great experience at Creative Dentistry, the staff is friendly, helpful, and always wants the best experience for me. The dental hygienist by the name of Ursula does an amazing job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else. I will be definitely returning for more cleaning, thanks Creative Dentistry and Ursula for an amazing experience.
I don't know of anybody who loves going to the dentist, but the whole Northwest Dental team definitely makes it easier to go! I love their new facilities and their staff who are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have been with them for decades now, starting with Dr. Klein encouraging me to get braces back in the early 80s.
