Front desk is terrible and has only gotten worse. They changed my appointment time the day of with no notice prior. I was notified via an automated text less than 3 hours before the appointment. Unable to reach them to speak to anyone. Highly unprofessional. The office has also changed dentist and staff numerous times which raises concerns about how reliable the work getting done here is. If you want to save yourself a headache, consider taking your business elsewhere.

I recently had a cleaning and a dental implant done at Creative Dentistry of Santa Rosa, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care and professionalism I received. I was honestly very nervous going into the procedure- dental work has always made me anxious, and the idea of an implant was intimidating but from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. I've gotten alot of work done here and there's always a problem. I wouldn't recommend ppl going here. I've had to Failed Root panels here.

Dental office was clean and the doctor was very awesome I was very nervous but they made me feel comfortable which I’m not with just anybody. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist and Their assistants are all very nice and professional.

Just finished my treatment and it was so nice getting care from this staff! Everyone here is so personable ,fun and gentle definitely excited to be back for my next check up :)
