I’ve been going to Monica for years. She is incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and honest. I have been transitioning my hair from platinum to a more natural look over the last year or so, and Monica does not ever ask me to spend more time or money than necessary for the process. She actually tells me if I don’t need to color my hair… which you would not expect from someone who is trying to make money.
