Communication was great. Fence is amazing and will call them every time I need a fence!!
Great job by this company. Workers were ver professional and cleaned up once the job was complete. Rick was very helpful and patient while we worked with HOA. He was very responsive and helpful. We appreciate them!
I had difficulty getting an estimate then when I did receive it, there was no communication about scheduling the job so when I inquired, I was given installation dates by Patrick. When the date arrived, I heard nothing. Called and talked to Rick who stated he is the only one to schedule jobs but I told him that Patrick had given me the dates for the job. Installed the fence on time and with very skillful employees during the installment.
Had our fence installed by them two years ago. Over 50% of the fence is leaning. The posts were clearly not installed properly. The workmanship is terrible. Materials quality is terrible. I called and asked them to come out and offer some kind of a solution for the issues we have. I was told “we’ll take care of you”. We agreed on a timeframe for the crew to come out and make repairs (within two weeks). Subsequently, no crew. No phone call to schedule the crew.
