Creative did some great work for us in Danville which won the an award. When the concrete wall tops started to fail a few years later, they were very slow to respond. They said they would fix them, and admitted it was their fault. They did some demo and then just never showed up again. Six months later we are hiring someone else to tear out about ten thousand dollars of their work and replace it.
