Two days before vacation, my furnace decides to not work. I called at 10 pm, was able to speak to a technician. We tried to get it to work over the phone, but when that didn't work, he made sure I would be called right away the next morning to be put on the schedule. The repairman came at the scheduled time and was able to fix the issue. Now I have heat again and don't have to worry about leaving for vacation. Excellent service!
The team at Creative Comfort exceeded my expectations from start to finish! Josh and Ben were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all their attention to detail was unbelievable. I was referred by a friend to Creative Comfort for replacement of our Ductless Heat Pump system. I reached out to this company and spoke with Jason and Chris.
