We have a closet that shelves were installed by them. There were only 2 brackets on the whole shelf and they even told us they should have been installed at least every 2 feet. The two brackets that are there weren’t even installed on a stud and both ended up going through the wall. They charged us to come out and fix their mistake and told us they’d patch the wall. They finally show up 4 weeks later and the guy even says to me, “yeah, we installed that. There should be brackets on every stud.” They end up fixing it so there... read more
