A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn before Christmas. I followed up. January rolled around and he reached out again to apologize for the delay & inquire about a role. He mentioned he would give me a call after I filled out a Creative Circle profile. I had to create a profile, and complete a I-9 to verify my information. Once I did, I followed up. No response. I didn’t receive a call nor an email. Definitely a ghost organization. Don’t know how people are even getting employed here..
Job hunting is hard! Creative Circle made the process more sane and straightforward by guiding me through it all with a dedicated recruiter and handling a lot of the complex details with the hiring company on my behalf. Every job CC has sent to me has nothing to do with my skillset. I'm not sure how decisions are made to send out emails to potential recruits but I'm beginning to think they are automating the process. Latest job they sent me: Qualifications - Strong knowledge of Hive and Workamajig software. Nowhere in my resume are either of those mentioned... they aren't even related to my field of expertise.
