Every job CC has sent to me has nothing to do with my skillset. I'm not sure how decisions are made to send out emails to potential recruits but I'm beginning to think they are automating the process. Latest job they sent me: Qualifications - Strong knowledge of Hive and Workamajig software. Nowhere in my resume are either of those mentioned... they aren't even related to my field of expertise.
My experiences with Creative Circle have always been positive. I’ve been hired for multiple contract positions and have made some great connections. My last recruiter, Yanique, was an outstanding recruiter. She was professional, personable, consistent with her communication and was a huge advocate for my success. If you’re a creative professional looking for additional guidance with your job search, Creative Circle is a great resource.
Avoid Creative Circle. It really is like a ghost organization. Tons of automated emails and no response, interviews, or anything...not once.
The recruiters here put no effort into candidates. They are unresponsive and are not compassionate. Recruiters are not communicative and lack empathy. I'd be interested to know if there are any white ,Latin x, or Asian, recruits who have had similar experiences with them, because I'm starting to notice a pattern when it comes to who gets placed and who doesn't.
