Unfortunately, our experience with VIP Room / Creative Catering for our engagement party was extremely disappointing. From the start, we had to chase them down for answers, confirmations, and basic follow-through. This company deserves a 1 star because they catered at our event and they brought food out and wasn’t even enough food for the event at all and guests left being hungry which did not feel right at all and within an hour they took everything off the table food, drinks, cups, utensils, basically all the eating needs and drinking.
