Highly recommend Creative Carpet and flooring. From start to finish CCF staff, Autumn and Dana provided great customer service. George and Leo arrived on time and did a professional job installing my carpet. Thanks to all for answering my questions and for the quick responses.
Autumn is very friendly, helpful and thorough. She is extremely prompt in replying to your inquiries. Buying carpeting was actually a great experience. I would highly recommend Creative Carpet and Flooring to everyone. I thought price was very fair. Today, the carpet was installed. The guys did a great job - I am very pleased with the product and the service. They were extremely neat and cleaned everything up.
They notified us of their arrival which we so appreciated. They were respectful of our belongings and took care to move things as well as put down tarp and wore booties. They were polite, efficient and did a great job! No nicks, scratches or damage. We used them before and wanted them again as they sell a good product and are reputable.
The experience of dealing with Creative Carpet & Flooring is definitely 5 star, from Autumn our sales representative to Mark the scheduler and every installer we worked with. They are all knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. They have installed our carpets, refurbished our hardwood floors, tiled our full basement and kitchen.
