I had a bad experience with this company. Carpeting was installed poorly in November 2024. We spoke in December and j asked them to call me after the 1st of the year to rectify. I heard from them in March. At this point I did still have a balance due bill which I acknowledged with them. They sent somebody out to do repairs and within one hour they automatically charged the balance due on my credit card. I love this new kitchen floor looks good and the guys did a good job installing it.
Great experience, all around, with this company. They KNOW carpeting. They helped us find a nice quality carpet with pro install (with large furniture moving, old carpet/padding tear out/disposal). Dana, Autumn and everyone in store was nice and well informed. The Bouquet family (owners) are a great family. They’re honest, and know their stuff! Had a great experience working with Autumn and the rest of the team. They are very knowledgeable of the products that they offer and never failed to answer any questions I had. Although the floor I wanted was on back order, they always kept me updated along the wait and once it finally arrived, Edgar and his team did an amazing job in a more than timely manner. Definitely looking forward to working with them in the future.
