Autumn was great to work with for the selection process. The carpet installation was top notch. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything was picked up when finished and the entire area was vacuumed
From the beginning. Creative Flooring has been amazing. Autumn was such a pleasure to work with. She took care of everything start to finish. The installers were so meticulous in their work. They cleaned up when they finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.
I had an old oak floor refinished in late 2023 and wanted to wait to see how the floor turned out to post this review. Ultimately the floor turned out very nice and has held up very well (shown in second picture). I believe they used a 2 part swedish acid cured finish. There are a few minor defects here and there, specifically with faint bubbles and some areas where the original stain may not have been sanded out all the way, so some small areas show the old color.
