Very professional. They were easy to work with. They kept in contact to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They did a heroic job on our carpets. The pet smells are gone. I put my nose directly on the carpet to test this. They did a beautiful job on our kitchen and dining room chairs, as well as our window seat cushion. I will use them again.

The company tried very hard to accommodate all of our needs. I was so grateful they were able to fit me in on short notice and they drove way out East (waaaaayyyy out). They were on time. Very courteous and professional. Although they couldn’t remove all stains (they are great but not wizards), they removed more than I thought. I was very pleased with the result. Would recommend anytime!

They deserve more than 5 stars!! They did the impossible and got all of our huge red koolaid stains from our kids out of our carpet. Koolaid stains were all over the house and so bad and they got them all out. They are extremely professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. Use them over any other in the Springs! You won't regret it!!

Not only is everyone super nice and personable, I was able to get in a next day service and they did a fantastic job. I needed pet stain treatment in a few areas and my area rug cleaned along with my living room dining room and family room. This was all completed in under 2 hours and my carpets look great and no pet odor!
