I was very disappointed with this company. Terrible customer service ! Owners refused to finish work ( stump grinding & clean up ) on my back tree. It took 6 months to tell me that owner refuses to finish job I pre paid for. I sent verified emails of owners communications to me the customer. In 2 emails Jacob ( owner ) acknowledges that stump grinding and clean up is still due to me and will come back in one week to finish.
