About Creative Cakery Patty Newkirk and her daughters, Laurie & Nancy, founded their retail "cakery" in 1983. After years of perfecting their recipes and selling their creations out of their home, they knew the time was right to open a store. They chose bundt-shaped pans for their cakes because of the unique decorating opportunities. Yummy and Original I've been going to this place before they move to the current location. Ever since I took my first bite, I've been hooked! My favorite is French Vanilla and they have 5 or 6 more flavors. I've introduced my family and friends to this cakery and everyone just raves about their cakes. The decorations they do are very unique and cute (a bit pricey, though). Highly recommended.
