I had such a wonderful experience with this bridal rental shop! I found an absolutely beautiful wedding dress that made me feel amazing on my wedding day, and my husband looked incredibly handsome in his tuxedo. What really stood out was the service. Daun was a dream to work with. Very kind and professional. We mailed 2 dresses. Communication was terrific and my daughter’s dress, as well as mine, was delivered to our hotel in beautiful condition and picked up, to mail home, when scheduled. I would highly recommend their services.
I'd rate it a 6/10. Rented a cheap veil for $80 plus my tux. We waited for everything to be steamed. Went to open the garment bag and the veil was falling off the clip. I texted the lady who helped us and she said oh no...can you still wear? I said I'll try. Went outside and the wind ripped it right off. Went back the next day and requested we get a credit back. As an English bride I was a long way from home for our elopement wedding! It was so tricky to find a dress before I left the UK & I had a lot to sort out leading up to the trip!
