I cannot express in words how amazing and professional this place is! 7 years ago, I had my nose pierced and I had the worst experience. So going into my appointment today, I was pretty nervous. Josh explained absolutely EVERYTHING to me. He went through the sterilization process with me, step by step, which is great for someone like me who is super attentive.
