Best choice overall for customer service,. My husband and i were new to the area and we were referred to the Katy Freeway location, Mary was the first person we spoke with and then Chris, They were so professional. We purchased hunter douglas shades and blinds and sunland shutters. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Would recommend them to anyone...thanks Molly
I had an AWFUL experience. I've waited 15 weeks for my shutters to be installed. At the begining I have been told that I should have them in about 6 or 7 weeks but no one followed up on my order. There is one particular person in charge of the Richmond office that doesn't know how to deal with customers. She told me that she was receiving so many emails from me.
