I used Creative Basements for our basement build out. Worked with Jason on it and was very pleased with the Basement. Jason was very easy to work with and was very accommodating to all of our requests, and very responsive. All of his subs did a great job and we love our basement. Would definitely recommend Creative Basements.
We engaged Creative Basement in 2025 to design and build out our basement. Jason was very creative in suggesting few designs and providing his expert opinion. He was very diligent in his approach and patient is working with us. Jason then completed our basement project within budget and on time. He was personally involved visiting the site regularly to oversea the quality of work. I hired them to do a major basement design and build. My house is quite large and the work was detailed and complex. It was like building a total "house." They did an impeccable job. One thing I liked so much about working with them was how they would quickly and professionally address any hiccups as the project progressed. They were on top of the project the entire time--never delaying or making excuses. They are a company that is proud of their work. You don't find that often. In short, I would hire them again!
We really can’t say enough great things about Creative Basements. Our project was executed on schedule and the Creative Basements team to include the subcontractors were an absolute joy to work with.
