As a life and business coach, I regularly refer clients who need deeper clinical support than coaching can provide, particularly those navigating burnout, chronic stress, or histories that show up in their bodies and their work. Creative Arts Psychotherapy NYC is my first call. What sets this practice apart is the clinical sophistication. CAP (Creative Arts Psychotherapy) fills an essential gap in the therapy community by engaging both the cognitive and creative parts of the brain. It provides a more holistic, expressive and deeply authentic healing experience. It’s a transformative approach that truly supports meaningful growth. Jenn and the team are truly exceptional… warm down to earth, deeply professional, and driven by a genuine desire to help people thrive and grow. Highly recommend!

One of the things I love about being associated with Creative Arts Psychotherapy is the monthly newsletter. As we move through the year, I look forward to reading these thoughtful perspectives on the seasonal changes and other timely events that may affect our mental health. They're always relevant, helpful and reassuring.

I didn’t e... read more
