I came here because of the overall good reviews. However, my experience was unfortunately not that. I was here for two and a half hours and my nails do not look good at all. I feel horrible writing this review as the staff were sweet and tried their best, but I will have to go elsewhere to get these redone.

Horrible horrible dirty place. Pedicure chairs are old and broken. Nail chairs are stained and dirty. Was able to get in immediately which was the only plus. Service is horrendous. Some older gentleman (using that word to be polite) was rude and did not listen. 7x he asked if my toenails were ok and 7x I had to tell him to please cut short. He would cut a millimeter and ask again. This went on for 15 minutes. His frustration was taken out on my toes as I have 4 cuts. Polish job is shabby. Missed spots everywhere. I cannot recommend this salon. In my 40 years, I’ve never been cut during a nail service, but during my pedicure here on March 23rd, I left injured. I had to go to urgent care and spend my day off dealing with the injury. I sincerely hope I do not develop an infection. I will not be returning to this salon.

After a disappointing experience at Royal Nails in Oceanside, I decided to visit this nail salon after calling to inquire about their prices. I’m so glad I did! The gentleman who did my nails is truly an artist — not only did he recreate the design I showed him perfectly, but the result exceeded my expectations. The blend and detail are absolutely beautiful. The staff is sweet and attentive. But i feel like they didn’t do a great job with my nails. Zero nail care and prep and the polish is a little shabby. The insides of my nails were not cleant properly after they were done so that’s a little weird. I was surprised that my nails were not prepped before putting in the acrylics. Everything else was pretty fine.
