I came here because of the overall good reviews. However, my experience was unfortunately not that. I was here for two and a half hours and my nails do not look good at all. I feel horrible writing this review as the staff were sweet and tried their best, but I will have to go elsewhere to get these redone.

I called and made an appointment by phone and showed up on time, the tech even knew my name as I walked in because they were expecting me. I was maybe 20 minutes into my appointment and she’s filing off my old color, when a woman walks in and says “I have an appointment I spoke with David” and my nail tech tells her “David isn’t here” and the woman tells her she talked to him and made an appointment but apparently David not communicate this to the rest of the store. Horrible horrible dirty place. Pedicure chairs are old and broken. Nail chairs are stained and dirty. Was able to get in immediately which was the only plus. Service is horrendous. Some older gentleman (using that word to be polite) was rude and did not listen. 7x he asked if my toenails were ok and 7x I had to tell him to please cut short. He would cut a millimeter and ask again. This went on for 15 minutes. His frustration was taken out on my toes as I have 4 cuts. Polish job is shabby. Missed spots everywhere. I cannot recommend this salon. In my 40 years, I’ve never been cut during a nail service, but during my pedicure here on March 23rd, I left injured. I had to go to urgent care and spend my day off dealing with the injury. I sincerely hope I do not develop an infection. I will not be returning to this salon.

After a disappointing experience at Royal Nails in Oceanside, I decided to visit this nail salon after calling to inquire about their prices. I’m so glad I did! The gentleman who did my nails is truly an artist — not only did he recreate the design I showed him perfectly, but the result exceeded my expectations. The blend and detail are absolutely beautiful.
