I called a little bit ago and spoke with the owner. What a delightful person to talk to. I could have talked All day long. Glad to know that this is a locally owned shop and not some order gathering nonsense like Avas flowers, or other companies that just give florists the rigmarole. I collect Thomas Kincaid cottages, and they had several that I had not been able to purchase in years past. They pulled these items for me. They are very nice people dont give me wrong but some of the service is bad i made a order a week before the dance and i need it done before the date of the dance and she said it would be done way before the dance and it was not so i called up there and they lose my order paper and kept putting me on hold and then she try to start and whole new paper i was like no just forget it because it was to late and then they text me today. I have been a satisfied customer since Karla and Lisa opened Creations thirty something years ago. They have helped me with funerals, proms, outdoor Christmas decorations and many other events. A couple of years ago, I brought in an antique vase I had purchased in Alabama and took it to Creations immediately upon my return. I couldn’t wait to see what Karla would create. I use this flower shop for all occasions and they are wonderful to work with. They go above and beyond. I also trust their judgement on arrangements. I just give them a dollar figure to work with and they make it happen.
