ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I purchased Sketchup Studio through Creative Engine and (2) important features are missing from the software. I have emailed multiple times, called, left voicemails, and there has been zero response.
A waste of time. They don't answer my calls or reply to my email.
Creative Engine Inc, the developers of Sketchup do not communicate with their customers. I called 3 times and did not get a call or email back about my purchase. Being a MFA student at the California Institute of the Arts with a deadline for my project it would have been fantastic if I had some responses to the fact that I purchased the software and it hasn't been updated.
