Creating Space Therapy has great therapists, and I love that they are focused specifically on trauma and grief, so you know your therapist will be skilled at helping you with these issues. I can't say enough good things about the therapists here.

Attended an event with a friend at Creating Space Therapy - a gently guided Valentine's Day creative exercise called Love Notes, a combination of celebrating self-worth and cheering on next life stages. Kelly ran a lovely event - the tone was set well with empowering music, plenty of creative supplies, guidance, and always welcome snacks.
