Made contact. A week later get a reply and made arrangements for the counsellar to call me on a day the following week. Never happened. Looking elsewhere for a real a professional.
The front staff has charged my credit card when I don’t even receive services for the last 10 months. I chose to seek therapy elsewhere after the first credit card payment issue & months later, there’s a transaction for a large amount of money Instead of the staff calling me to make me aware of the situation/mistake& to apologize She doesn’t connect with me on friday (day of charge of credit card) & waited for me to call on Monday.
