In this place they choose children who are easy to work with, I had an evaluation and they never called me, it seemed suspicious to me because the front desk asked me for my insurance and then told me that their machine did not work. really bad because my kid need the therapy .
I like my child’s therapist but the lady Reagan who you check in with is not very friendly she sits sideways at her computer so she is not even facing you when checking my child in for the appointment and she is very short with you when you ask questions I think it’s very unprofessional I think when someone is speaking to you they should be looking right at you and not sideways other than that all the staff are very friendly but she is not at all and that’s part of her job to greet and smile and if you have any questions you... read more
