Hi Ms. Callaway, We thank you for your review. We also hope that you find a provider that will prescribe based on your knowledge of medications versus using the degree and licensure that they attain. We are a place of healing and do not want for our patients to misuse our services. We will not sit idly by and allow patients to bash, berate, or demean our staff in any way. The experience with this office was an absolute nightmare for me and my husband. Dr. Chandra Williams has a disgusting attitude every time she gets on zoom call with you and just makes you feel like a burden for even having to talk to you. Today when I mentioned something about my dosage (controlled substance) she flipped out and went straight to assuming and accusing me of abusing my medicine when all I was trying to do was let her know how I was feeling! I wanted to like this place but they continuously drop the ball and on Fridays during their business hours they never answer the phone. Go else where. The 2nd star is because the doctor visit was a good experience.
Tried to call for help and it gives you option of pressing 1 or 2. And neither work
