Bad experience! Do not recommend at all! Employees don't care! They hire staff that also don't care, and are unreliable. Communication is something you won't find here! Terrible!
Took over a year to get assisted when they did find and send someone it lasted less than months a couple of months later someone came it lasted a day then the sheriff was sent to our house the service doesn't allow friends to go on outings it was just one on one and spying on privacy
Creating a legacy willfully neglects it's residents at Mathias group home knowing that we have bed bugs and refusing to do anything about it, Jason's window does not lock and falls out at the slightest touch, Julio Gomez's bath tub does not work, the front door remains unlocked while we're out in public, there are roaches, the carpet hasn't been replaced and we have a pillar outback that's leaning into the neighbors yard.
They are starting to make good changes and rebuilding itself as a company, so far I haven’t had any issues with communication despite management being busy with Multiple client situations and meetings. They do try to get back to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind they handle more than 20+ cases a day
Beware! Shady management and really don't provide great service. Stay away.
