I first saw Glen through a recommendation. I had a shoulder injury that kept getting worse. Limited range of motion, constant discomfort, and medication that was not effective. My first time going to see Glenn at Creative Health Nevada was around 2014. I had hurt my lower back at the gym. The pain was so bad that it hurt for me to stand up straight and take a deep breath. My friend Kevin had referred me to Glenn December of 2022. At that time I had already tried two epidural injections to my lower back and a tapper down regimen of oral steroids, which had given me about 4-5 months of relief. I had an MRI done and it showed that I had a ruptured disc in my L5 S1 and a 6mm bulging disc in my L4 L5.
