My doctor, Dr. Tan, was amazing throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend him. He was responsive, compassionate, professional, and highly capable. His assistants, Melanie and Michelle, were also extremely efficient and supportive. I would like to thank the entire clinic team for their care. Overall, the clinic was not perfect. Incredibly disorganized, was consistently met with confused employees who had no idea why I was there. I went every day for two weeks for successive appointment, was given challenging news but noone would discuss it with me until I finally saw a doctor after two weeks. Terrible experience. If I had known what I was getting in for at the start I would have gone somewhere else or reconsidered my decision to donate eggs. I've received WONDERFUL, SUCCESSFUL results from both Dr Librach and Dr Sharma for both of my surrogacy journeys. They know their stuff, both transfers worked the 1st attempt. For medical clearance day I waited around 4 hours, who cares, it's a part of the process and you can't possibly expect them to remember everyone's names, they are busy. Dr Librach is great, be prepared to wait hours every time you visit. Extremely stressful experience, Maybe pick up a hobby like knitting ;)
Our journey started at Markham fertility center. After failing 2 times, we heard of Dr Librach of Create IVF and moved to downtown Toronto. We was successful in one! Dr. Librach is in very high demand and waiting times are long. But all is forgiven with his professional and sympathetic attitude towards the whole procedure. This is augmented by the wonderful Elena (the receptionist for Dr. Librach) being very friendly and sharp!
