I have been a patient at Create for 3 years now and if it wasn't for Natalie P., the admin manager, I don't think I would have started my IVF journey. She was able to schedule me on the same day I asked if I could see Dr. Librach which was a decisive moment for me. No idea how the actual treatment went because I refused to go after being told by dr glass that my stage 4 breast cancer is my own fault for having a hormonal iud for years. Agreed with the hard sales pitch. She even tried coaching us on how to commit insurance fraud to get what we want. Disgusting way to behave with a newly diagnosed cancer patient.

Everything about this fertility clinic was difficult. The warning sign should've been the initial doctor consultation. He was 40 minutes later for a virtual meeting and didn't even acknowledge it. It didn't end there. From a lack of communication to confusion and a lack of transparency it was an awful experience.
