We did fertility treatments for 5 years, before having our beautiful baby girl. We went to Create, Mount Sinai and Twig. Create was the best experience and brought us success. We were lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Glass. At Create, unlike most of the other clinics, you see your doctor at each visit. This built a relationship with Dr. Glass. Terrible clinic, the wait times are 3-5 hours every time you come. Do not recommend!
People are amazing but HORRIBLE wait times. Was waiting for retrieval by myself as my partner wasn’t allowed in the room for 6 hours with no food/water allowed. Was told they weren’t sure where the doctor was. Fast forward a few weeks to transfer and same thing, was scheduled for 715am and didn’t see a doctor for hours after, full bladder and all.
