We went to CReATe after an awful experience elsewhere. The waits can be long but I appreciate the work station that was available so I could work remotely, and their communication and support is better than other clinics. We knew at least we were waiting for good care. Everyone from admin, to sonographers, nurses, embryologists, anaesthetists and doctors were kind and professional. PSA: My journey to Create was purely for a second opinion, but what I got felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a medical consultation. I saw Dr. Baratz, who clearly missed his calling as a luxury car salesman. Instead of reviewing the detailed test results I brought from my previous clinic, he dismissed them entirely, claiming he doesn't trust other practices. This is a terrible place to have a baby. We had a short online meeting and they wanted us to reach out to them on my wife's period. We have been trying to reach out to them (especially OR nurses ) for 6 days and no one responding our emails or answering our calls. We must waste one more month for the test because of this clinic. We were referred to this fertility clinic by our family doctor in Toronto, but it has been nothing but frustrating. They are completely unreachable—never answer phone calls, and do not respond to voicemails or emails. I was instructed to email them on the first day of my period to schedule a time-sensitive test on day 5. I followed their instructions exactly, but despite multiple attempts to reach them, they never scheduled the appointment. Now I have to wait another month because of their negligence.
