Very bad customer service. You can never reach anyone by phone or email, and the web portal doesn't provide any information.
I paid for a 10 year Cord Blood bank service. Then the 10 yrs came and went....I heard nothing from this company until this month....They sent me 5 invoices for storage for the last 5 years! I called and got no information if the specimen is in good shape, why they didn't reach out before this. Constant billing lack of clarity from organization and staff, when calling them it feels like you are calling someone at home, doesn't sound professional at all. After pressing options for payment the people answer with yeah hm yes hello or you get transfered with no transfer sound. People need to speak clearly.
