1 Star — Poor Communication and Handling of My Vehicle I would not recommend this business based on my experience. My vehicle was brought here for collision repairs, and before the accident/repair process, I had no knocking or unusual engine noise. I was rear-ended and needed a body shop to repair my bumper. I found Create Auto Body by chance because they were close by, and I’m so glad I did! From the start, Carrie knew exactly what needed to happen with the insurance claim and made the whole process easy. She was friendly, helpful, and got my car in right away.
