Terrible customer service. They assured me I had the right coil, charged me before I had time to test it, and then it wouldn’t fit my rig at all. They then would not refund me the money they took even through the coil was unused. The assistant manger did not try to correct the situation even though the information I was promised was incorrect, I was not refunded, and did not receive the item I walked a long way to pay for. Customers are the reason business exists, and their customer service was appalling.
I stopped in because I wanted to update my Vape and Ned helped me out a whole bunch in understanding how these devices work. I will be right back next week to update my Vape. I also appreciate the text that I get every weekend so that I am up-to-date on some discounts I can get. Thank you so much.

I've been having a rough time keeping myself from catching raw deals from other vape shops lately, so Simone was a breath of fresh air when I came in to buy a new vape after (YET ANOTHER)store sold me junk. She took the time to deal with my personal situation (over 2 separate visits) and create the right deal for my present situation. Thanks, Lady!
Great store! Employees are always awesome!! Simone has helped me the last 2 times I've been there. Amazing individual!! I mentioned to her a vape I used to love, but very hard to find and she matched the flavor profile perfectly! And once again today she was so much help! Thank you and keep up the great work!!
Very clean. Displays are nice. The people are very nice, and know there stuff. They answered all my questions. And gave me a great deal. I will be returning.
