I attended 3/8 sessions for the 1.0 weekly Telehealth program. The group got too big, so I was assigned a new case manager who usually does in-person treatment. She spent about 5-mins on my file before deciding to discharge me for no communication—left one voicemail I didn’t hear, made up her own rule requiring a callback within 7-hours, never emailed, never contacted my therapist. I attended 3 of 10 Telehealth sessions in the weekly 1.0 program, but was discharged with little notice by a new case manager. I spoke to the Director, but he would not reconsider. The process for reentry after discharge includes a new assessment and treatment plan—$$$ and no one will tell me if my first 3/10 sessions will count.
