Larry I have been a customer of Creason Automotive for over 15 years. I use both their automotive repair and their body & paint shop and have always received courteous service and their work is exemplary. All their work is warrantied and they do stand behind their work. I find their prices very fair--less than the dealerships. I can very highly recommend them to anyone looking for good work at fair prices. As I longtime customer I feel very qualified to recommend Creason Automotive.
The worst body shop! I had front-end damage to my 2005 F-150. When I went to pick it up I noticed several parts still missing and the truck still looked like it had been in an accident. I left the truck to have the missing parts added, but when I went to pick up the truck it still did not look right. I also then noticed that parts were still missing from the front apron. At this point, I took the truck back and went to the Ford dealer body shop. They found an additional $2500 of damage that had not been repaired. The biggest... read more
Professional Service Last year the car broke down on Monroe Rd. I had to get my car towed and I called this place name Creason that was about a block away. The guy was friendly and very helpful. It was just about to be 5:30 on Thursday in which they would closing soon. However I was treated like I was the first customer that showed up that day. The guy did not rush me and I appreciated that so much. Thanks Creason Wrecker Service.
I would recommend. I have used Creason's Auto on a number of ooccasions and have always found them very helpful. I would recommend them.
Creason's is not trustworthy I took my daughter's car in on a Monday, got an estimate and was assured that we could get the car back on Thursday. My daughter lives out of town and had to leave Friday morning. Thursday afternoon I called Creason's because I had not heard from them. They told me my car would not be ready until Friday. I freaked and told them they had promised to get it back on Thurs. They told me they would stay late and get it ready and that I could pick it up between 7:30 and 8:00 pm on Thurs. night.
