Larry I have been a customer of Creason Automotive for over 15 years. I use both their automotive repair and their body & paint shop and have always received courteous service and their work is exemplary. All their work is warrantied and they do stand behind their work. I find their prices very fair--less than the dealerships. I can very highly recommend them to anyone looking for good work at fair prices. As I longtime customer I feel very qualified to recommend Creason Automotive.

The worst body shop! I had front-end damage to my 2005 F-150. When I went to pick it up I noticed several parts still missing and the truck still looked like it had been in an accident. I left the truck to have the missing parts added, but when I went to pick up the truck it still did not look right. I also then noticed that parts were still missing from the front apron. Professional Service Last year the car broke down on Monroe Rd. I had to get my car towed and I called this place name Creason that was about a block away. The guy was friendly and very helpful. It was just about to be 5:30 on Thursday in which they would closing soon. However I was treated like I was the first customer that showed up that day. The guy did not rush me and I appreciated that so much. Thanks Creason Wrecker Service.

Creason's is not trustworthy I took my daughter's car in on a Monday, got an estimate and was assured that we could get the car back on Thursday. My daughter lives out of town and had to leave Friday morning. Thursday afternoon I called Creason's because I had not heard from them. They told me my car would not be ready until Friday. I freaked and told them they had promised to get it back on Thurs. They told me they would stay late and get it ready and that I could pick it up between 7:30 and 8:00 pm on Thurs. night. I've had all my regular maintenance and surprise problems taken care of at Creason Automotive for the past two years. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, willing to take the time to make sure you understand the work they are doing, and very fairly priced. I'd recommend them for any mechanic or bodywork needs.

I had the opportunity to have Creasonautomotiveservice work on my truck. They only sold me what I needed. Don Creason is the owner . What a nice man. He made me feel like he has known me for years.
