Absolutely awful. They don’t answer their phones during their supposed business hours. Joe should seriously rethink why he became a therapist in the first place. He seems to take pleasure in enforcing arbitrary rules that, with even a hint of common sense or empathy, could have been handled better. Instead of offering help, he was more than eager to flat-out refuse to start a session. It was beyond frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.
