I was at the Farmer's Market and a store employee was outside handing out samples and also gave me a 25% off coupon. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. I decided to go in and see the store. I was warmly welcomed and offered another sample. I have never heard of combining nitrogen with ice though it provides a wonderful taste. Will be back!
