We have taken all three of our vehicles to Creamers for several years. The front desk has always been polite, very accurate with estimates and follow up calls to keep us up to date. The work has always been excellent. They stand behind everything they do. The prices are reasonable. Even if they find other things they don't pressure you to fix them; however, they tell you what should be done and how much longer you might have on that product. Really had excellent service at an outstanding price!! I recommend this place to all of my friends!!
So I hear from a very good friend that this company will not accept responsibility for their negligence that could have resulted in a horrible accident and did cause major damage to her vehicle. Beware of who you're having service your vehicle especially if they will not accept responsibility for their own negligence.
